ALVBOV Tube Clip 

The C clips for the ALVBOV are purposely made out of a special plastic to be failure evident if overstressed. Due to the importance of ensuring the ALVBOV is securely fastened to the breathing loop it does not take much to over stress the clips. The clips are designed to NOT be flexible and they are replaced as part of the annual service. This is a part of the functional safety design of our Apocalypse rebreather that was required for CE certification.
